• Dr. Ashok B. Amin, M.S.; Ph.D (U.S.A): Chairman and Managing Director

Dr. Amin is the founder and guiding force of the organization. A visionary chemical technologist and entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in establishing and nurturing Aron Universal from its inception till date. With a doctorate from Iowa State University, he holds five US patents and has been the driving force when it comes to our research and development efforts to produce world class products at Aron. He is the recipient of several awards and citations including the Prestigious Professional Achievement in engineering from Iowa State University and the distinction of being listed in the “Who’s who of Asia”.

• Mr. Shailesh M. Patel, M.S.: Chief Executive Director

Mr. Patel is the Chief Executive Director of the company and has been instrumental in promoting and consolidating Aron Universal’s position as a key player in the fluorescent pigments and colours segment. An efficient administrator and trail blazing entrepreneur. Mr. Patel uses his immense understanding of chemicals, to set both long term and short term success strategies for product and application development.
